Urban Hotel Solution
Cambria Suites is typically a suburban hotel brand that builds prototypical buildings on a large tracts of land. We were challenged to adapt the prototype into a mixed use building that would include the hotel, retail and parking. The new hotel sits atop two parking levels and a 7,000 square foot retail space. The guest arrives at a lower valet lobby and travels via elevator to the second floor guest lobby, where they are greeted with a two level lobby with informal meeting areas and lounge seating. The main level of the hotel is comprised of a café style restaurant, fitness room, indoor pool, roof deck, and meeting rooms. The tower is comprised of 130 suite style rooms including king, double queen, one bedroom and whirlpool rooms.
